Just go into the Career menu and pick tutorials. Now pick whatever tutorial you want and complete it.

From the Career Menu, select Tutorials, then select New Features. There are only two lessons, one on Extended Sustains and The Slider/Tapping. Complete both of these lessons (you can't skip either of them) to unlock. This is quickest way I found, as some of the other tutorials get quite long.
