just like Achievement says get a 100% Note Streak as a band. Best way to do it go on Beginner or Easy and pick a Easy song to play and the Achievement will pop up. 2 other people and myself on Drums and Vocals, got the Achievement on The Offspring - Pretty Fry(For a White Guy)

I just want to add to what the other solution says if you are having trouble getting this be patient and keep trying no matter how many times you try. It took me and my friends 1hr to do this. we kept trying songs, but eventually got it first shot on master exploder.
