The Battle of Cota Mare happens shortly after traveling to the Undersea Tunnel.

You'll have to complete the Quest "Energy Wonder Potion?" first. This requires you to kill two Mere creatures from Navyblue Marsh, as well as collect items that you should have in your inventory already anyway. Once you give the items to Celestine, Juto and the others rest.

Upon waking, Celestine informs the party that the Northern Forces are attacking Cota Mare via Dunan Hill. You'll need to head northwards, attacking the Northern Forces enemies as you go. They have been scaled up to level 18-20, but should pose no problem. They will be accompanied by Armored Boars, as well.

You'll eventually come upon Huaren Jass, the big ugly freak who has been creating the Sentinels. The boss battle works just like the one against Astaroth:

The first target is his Fragment of Chaos, followed by Huaren's Arm, and then his body. Use Juto/Crocell Chain Breaks (Vorpal Slash/Plasma Ball works especially well) and have Celestin there for healing. Zephie attacks too slowly for the necessary Kan to build up, and Navyblue Marsh has an abundance of Water Kan to aid with Celestine's healing.

Halfway through the battle Huaren will summon a few friends and regenerate 1600 HP. The new enemies only take a second to kill, however, and the Chain Break mentioned earlier takes out over 1000 HP anyway, so don't worry too much about it.

Eventually Huaren will fall, and the Achievement will pop.
