These are all relatively easy to find. Note that you don't have to make any of these recipes, just find them.
1. Snow Crystal: Defeat the Werewolf Boss in Abazet Field.
2. Red Jewel: Complete the "A Tooth for a Tooth" quest.
3. Wizard's Rocket: Complete the "Gather Cursed Grass" quest.
4. Iron Heart: Complete the "Hunt the Fleeing Soldiers" quest.
5. Ring of Conquest: Complete the "Dunan Field's Seeds of Suffering" quest.
6. Proof of Soldier: Complete the "Find the Scout, Jeroha" quest.
7. Patience & Will: Complete the "Emergency Rescue" quest.
8. Golden Frog: Inside a chest in the secret room you'll open at Strass' tomb when looking for the Cota Mare war documents.
9. Reward for Effort: In another chest right next to the Golden Frog.
10. Ultimate Shot: Complete the "Ultimate Wonder Potion" quest.
11. Mark of the Hero: Complete the "Kill the Inferno" quest.
12. Perfect Ring: In the Ruhalt Basin, head north over a bridge by the save pillar, it's on the East side of the island. The chest is right next to Malaccia, if you've been following his quests.
The achievement should pop as soon as you obtain the final recipe; most likely when you open the chest containing "Perfect Ring".
