After leaving Fyrestone and the Arid Badlands and working your way through the Dohl Headland, you will come upon the city of New Haven. This little village acts as your new base of operations, so to speak, while you complete more missions, most of which will be in the Rust Commons West and Rust Commons East. Simply complete 5 missions in Rust Commons in order to unlock the achievement.
