Like Thebloodytruth - I got this on the mission where you kill 10 Rakk in Arid Badlands. This is a more in-depth look at Thebloodytruth's solution 1:
You will probably have the ability to drive a vehicle by the "Kill 10 Rakk" mission. Select a vehicle with the rocket launcher as the turret weapon. Hop in the driver's seat and take off. Drive until the Rakk are grouped together and come flying at you. Lock onto the one of them with the A button and cut loose with the rockets. The resulting explosion usually damages surrounding enemies - which makes quick work of a pack of enemies. |

I got this achievement right outside Nine-Toes hideout, so it can be done very early in the game. If you don't see any Rakks, look for their shadows on the ground.
Easy way to kill Rakks:
Find a wall to put your back against. Shoot at the Rakks in the air but don't hit them. This causes them to dive at you and they come to attack together. Equip any automatic weapon (SMG or machine guns with a high rate of fire and not 3 round bursts are excellent). The just fire away as they dive at you all clustered together.

The key to this achievement is to unload a lot of bullets on a pack of Rakk. There are several things that you can do to make this easier, if you're having any trouble.
1. Complete a mission which requires you to kill Rakk. I unlocked my achievement on the mission in the Arid Badlands which requires you to do so.
2. Play with as many people as you can. The more players in your game, the more enemies that will spawn.
3. Play with lower-level players. While it may not be very entertaining to blast your way through low-level enemies, it will allow you to kill Rakk very quickly. |

An easy way to do this is to use a car that you have spawned with a rocket launcher.
When you see a rakk shoot at it to get it's attention and wait for the pack to start diving and shoot a rocket at them.
They normally go out with one hit
If you have problems aiming from the car you can press the a button and it will "auto aim" on them and just shoot a few rockets (fast as you can) and it should get you the points :)
Note - to have the car aim with a you have to be alone in the car and in the drivers seat to the a button auto aim |

I'm going to start out concurring with the general "wait until they dive in a pack", but using a rocket launcher made it heckuva lot easier for me than any of the times that I tried doing it with a gun.
I got this playing solo and just happened onto a pack of six of them together . . . pulled out the launcher, aimed, waited until they got low, and WHAM . . . got all six at once. |

I did this on the northeast corner of Rust Commons West, near Tannis house. There are some Rakks hanging on the rocks there.
Just make sure you shoot some bullets near them to make them all fly together to attack you before start killing. |

| Like forced2change - I got this achievement on mission "Get the flok outta here". Instead of using the rocket method which should work for the most and is probably a little bit easier. I just used my SMG instead.

Another easy way to obtain this objective is to drive the vehicle right to the "Kill 10 Rakk" mission.
You can kill some Rakk with fire weapon, but my suggestion is to attract some of them by driving back and forth two or three time.
You'll find a quite number of Rakks just behind your vehicle.
Now all you have to do is a fast drive backwards, to kill all of them |
