You could watch the video solutions, or you could simply head over to Treacher's Landing and navigate to the eastern-most point of the map.
As you cross the docks and onto the land in the far East portion of the map, you'll see three or four signs with big arrows pointing to the left... go right, instead, down the beach and around the rocks...

This achievement is incredibly easy to get, but the description is vague, hopefully I can do a better job of explaining what you need to do!
During the course the main story you'll eventually discover Treacher's Landing, from here travel to the most eastern area possible on the map, I've linked in a video so you can follow it's directions, it'll be easier then trying to follow a huge list of directions typed out.
