You will earn this through normal story progression. Once you have completed the urn of sacred ashes you will need to return to red cliff castle and give the ashes to Arl and you will revive him and once you are done talking with him you will have earned the "Hero of Redcliffe" achievement as well as the champion specialization for your characters.
