Black Horse and the Cherry Tree by KT Tunstall as bass guitar on medium difficulty only has 42 notes which probably makes it the easiest path to this achievement.

If you're having trouble with this try "Hang Me Up To Dry" by the Cold War Kids on bass. It is the same simple rhythm through out the entire song.
