For this achievement you need to use the paint tool to create a unique image. The paint tool is located by selecting "Create Modes" from the main menu from which you need to select "Create A WWE Superstar" and then you'll see the option called Paint Tool". Once you've selected the paint tool mode all you need to do is use create an image, it doesn't need to be complex and in fact can even just be a single line if you want.
Once you've created your original image you need to save it, upon saving the achievement will unlock!

"An Original Design"
Create an original image using the PAINT TOOL.
Don't you just love it when you get achievements for the simple things in life. Well this one is no different. Simply head on over to CREATE MODES -> CREATE A WWE SUPERSTAR -> PAINT TOOL. Now simply use the built in paint editor to create your own design. Once you have saved it you will unlock the achievement.
