Get 250 melee kills. Pretty straight forward.
I recommend doing this in the arena while going for the Notorious achievement. For that achievement, you'll ultimately need a minimum 500 kills, and if you're just playing against a second controller, you won't have anything fighting back. Melee kills in the actual story mode can get a little irritating against some of the bad guys that have weapons. Plus then you can party out and use weapons instead of grinding this during the story mode. |

| On the Father giant boss you can easily fist kill those little guys that come after you they die in about three hits. If you dont want to bother doing the boss then the past few levels have alot of these gnomes that you can also kill, but then you would have to deal with the other enemies so i recommend the father giant boss =] |
