From the main menu, choose Free Play, then choose Hot Lap.

For your car, go to Audi and choose the last car on the list. It should be the "#2 Audi Sport North America R10 TDI"

I recommend using the mile long drag strip as the track. It can be found under the tracks for "Sedona Raceway Park". It's the last circuit at that location. Now just start the race and hold down the accelerator. You should get to 200mph well before the end.
