There should be six pieces to the heart shaped ashtray.
-You will receive one piece from Dr. Robbins after the body is sent to the morgue.
-You can find two more in the hotel. One near the door to the bathroom under the dresser and one after you activate the vibrating bed.
-Next you can find another piece under the tuxedo collar.
-Another can be found in Kathy's closet.
-The last piece can be found on the bottom of Charlie's shoes.
