To get the 5 Stunt Combo achievement I selected a 200cc Quick race using the Chimps and the Freighter Track.
Take the first left turn and drive up the long ramp (speed doesn't matter). Then press X to jump around the section in the video (just before the last large gap of wire beneath), this should give you enough time to get a stunt in before you reach the end of the ramp.
Straight away press left, up, down, right, left and you should have the combo. Not sure if the sequence makes a difference but using left as the first and last stunt in the combo seems to work great.
