This can be found on the 4th level of Dark Carnival (Barns).
Head through the level to just over the half way point.
Just before you go through the Farmyard, there will be a "Stache Whacker" attraction, walk up and press x and with your gun, shoot the little Moustachios as they pop up or melee them and continue the game on for a couple more games till you hit 42 points and the game will break and the achievment will pop up once you break the game at 42 points.
I also played this "Stache Whacker" game in survival mode before calling the horde when no zombies were present but once it got to 42 points and the bells went off the zombies came running. |

| On chapter 4 of Dark Carnival there will be a wack-a-mole machine that says Stache Whacker. Keep shooting it with your pistol or hitting it with a melee weapon until you get to 42. You will know it worked because the machine will break. Can easily be done with 2 people.
