DOES NOT HAVE TO BE DONE IN CAMPAIGN! The quickest and easiest way to do this is to start up a Survival match. You'll get a Tank within a minute and you & your friends can easily hack him to death - so long as no explosives or gas cans are accidentally set off. Even then, it's easy as pie to restart the match and try again.
