Bile is extremely helpful and don't hold RT for too long because you have a limited amount of gas. Throw bile, and go nuts. I was able to kill like 65 using one chainsaw while being moderate with the gas so you should be able to do this achievement after finding two chainsaws. I believe there is one in the Dark Carnival and there is two in the Swamp Fever. Not hard at all.
