Keep playing gigs in the Camper Van's venues: LEGO City Station and Bill Ditt Construction Co. After a while you'll gain access to a gig where you need to score at least three stars to hire a manager. Once you have a manager they'll find you a minibus, which you can buy at the vehicle screen.
