To earn 1000 Stars simply just play gigs in World Tour. Just play as you normally would and don't focus on the achievement, just playing to progress to new venues and Rock Power challenges. You should earn around 300-400 stars this way.
After you finish up the Story, go around the venues and finish up any gigs you skipped (not a bad idea to pair this achievement with the "Play Every Gig" one). Finishing the story also unlocks the Rock Marathon setlist, which in turn unlocks the Endless Setlist. Botch these gigs are huge boosts to your Star count, with the former giving a maximum of 75 and the latter giving a maximum of 150.
If you want to breeze through a lot of the multi-song gigs, and don't mind hearing the same songs over, you can go with choosing shorter songs in the game, like Song 2, Ride a White Swan, or A-Punk. If you have the DLC too, there's Charlene (I'm Right Behind You) and Thank You Boys, which is probably the shortest song you can play in Rock Band being only 1 minute and 1 second long. |
