To add to this, if you're really into your money, wait until you have enough money in your pocket then talk to a merchant and leave the shop. This should trigger an autosave. Select your pouch with rb, hit X as many times as it takes to spend 300 florins (30x), and when the achievement unlocks, just quit the game and reload. Your money is back.
