As you progress through the main questline you will come across buildings that have 'Glyphs' on them. When first finding the building a red eye symbol will appear above the location image when it is being added to the database.
The Glyphs are markings that glow. To start the puzzle that it contains, you must stand in front of it and turn Eagle Vision on (this also helps when searching for them because they glow red).

You must find and solve 20 Glyphs. You can see which Locations have Glyphs by the Red Eye symbol that appears on the Location image in your Database.
It will be clear if you've already found it.
Glyphs will be glowing yellow, and you must stand in front of it, and use Eagle Vision. Then you must solve it.
It's easier to locate the Glyphs if you look for them with Eagle Vision on, as the Glyphs will glow red in Eagle Vision.

| This isn't a solution, just an additional tidbit that should help! Under the database menu in the pause menu, there should be a choice that says locations. Click it, and it will tell you how many glyphs remain in each location :) |

Just a reminder there is only 20 locations so this really shouldn't be so bad, just hop around and swap city's with the fast travel, and you'll have it in no time. Good luck
