This one isn't too bad and it just requires a lot of florins. To get to 80% on the stronghold you need to buy all the possible architects renovations. That will get you about 65% after that just buy art, weapons, and armor. Codex pages and feathers also help too, but not so much. Once you hit 80% you'll get your achievement.
If you aren't sure how much completion % you have just go to Ezio's sister and check the book. |

| The total value of the Villa is 150,000f, so 80% is 120,000f. Buying all the buildings and all the building upgrades gets you close to 100,000f. The remaining 50,000f or so in the Villa's value comes from buying armor/ weapons and collecting. If you get all the building upgrades and buy all the weapons and armor that appears in the shops, then by the end of the game you'll be almost garenteed to have the 80% needed, if you also collect all 100 feathers for the achievement, they will also contribute significantly. Other collectables such as the codex pages and assassins seals will help as well. Being story-related they are hard to miss. |

As HeathR2 wrote, put everything you can into the Villa. Go buy a treasure map from the Art Dealer when you set him up and loot the stronghold. This helps a lot.
Also, as he said, forego any new gear, but where I concentrated my efforts was on the side story plots; get the Assassin's Seals, as these are a big boost both in prestige and some loot lying around the tombs, and the Codex pages. |

| First of all, you need to get enough florins for all the building upgrades. Make sure they're all done, and from then on you'll be earning about 15,000 florins every 20 minutes. Every time you earn some take a trip to Monterrigioni and buy armour and paintings. Also buy the paintings you find in the other towns. Soon enough you'll have reached 80% of the total value. |

For this achievement you'll need to return Monteriggioni to it's former glory. From the Villa house you can consult with the architect on renovating buildings such as the Bank, Barracks, and Wells. As such you'll need to open and upgrade the shops (Blacksmith, Doctors, Art Merchant, ect.) and purchase weapons, armor, paintings, ect.
As you purchase and improve the Villa you'll draw more people to live and trade among the town. As such your income will increase and you'll earn a fixed amount of Florins according to your Stronghold's total value every 20min. Which will keep money flowing for more purchases and upgrades. You'll need to restore 80% or 120,000f of the Stronghold's total value.
P.S. Feathers, decrypted Codex pages, hidden statues, and Assassin Seals will further increase your total Stronghold value if you need an extra boost. If you need to keep track of your progress just consult with Claudia and she'll show you the book. Once you've amassed 80% of the Stronghold's total value you'll pop this achievement and earn 30G!
