By the time you get your very first (broken) car you have to drive it to the repair shop. When it is finished you are challenged by someone and you have to race against him.

That guy cheats and gets a head start, once you get past him you have to stay first for the rest of the race. Just keep driving in front of him so you can block his attempts.

Easy POP.
