This one is real simple, so here goes.
Build a few farms that are producing an industry crop (i.e. tobacco, pineapple, coffee) and then build the respective processing factory: Cigar Factory or a Cannery respectively.
Once you have built that factory just give the game some time and eventually you will get a notice saying "Someone has placed a bomb at _______ factory" Three options will be available, select B which is the "close down the factory and deal with the bomb"
