Head to level 4 (rainforest rumble?) in the second part of the crystal skull story line.
Take the jungle cutter and go on your little vehicle mayhem. Try to avoid the required vehicles (spotted with a red arrow). There are plenty of other enemy vehicles to destroy, just circle through the rainforest. The enemy vehicles will spawn over and over again. Took me 'bout 20mins 'til the achievement popped.
