The precursor to this is when the RDA send in Dragons to destroy the village. You'll need to climb up ad jump on top of the Dragon hovering in the village 3 times (it moves between vantage points), using your 'Y' button to attack it's engines before it crashes down. Survive this and you'll see other Dragons arrive and rain down missiles on the place, your Link Tank will be bounced around and your Avatar will fall to the ground as your human self is disturbed.

After this you'll find yourself elsewhere and "Plink" achievement awarded.
