You should get this as you progress through your 3 playthroughs. Just keep throwing grenades into groups of soldiers. They like to run away, so multiple grenades in an area is a good idea.

If you haven't accomplished this by your 3rd playthrough load up Level 1 and when you get to the courtyard, throw a grenade at the door and you should get a couple grenade kills each time. Load up your checkpoint and you will be in the same courtyard so just repeat and you should have 20 pretty quickly.
