The Spetznaz are the enemies that drop in via zip lines at various points in the game. There are way more than 50 in the 8 missions. Just kill everyone and you should get it with no problem. If not you will still need 2 more playthroughs to get 1000 in the game so you should be able to finish off the 50 in subsequent playthroughs.
