Hit start and go down to perks. From there you can look at the requirements to unlock each level of each perk. There are a number to choose from. You need to complete the perk on bronze before you can complete it on silver. There is an achievement for getting gold on all of the perks, so if you're in the mood to get that one, you'll get this one along the way.
Alternatively you can pay the merchant to unlock a silver perk, but you can only use this once despite how much money you have. This means you should pick the one that you consider the most difficult to unlock with it. |

| If you do not want obtain this by yourself, you can boost this, if you to a merchant. There you can unlock a silver perk one time by paying for it. But you require a bronze perk in that category to do so. The same otption is available for a gold perk to. |
