Defeated Spiritual Larsa.

This True Last Boss appears in God Mode, only when you've cleared the 5 stages and defeated first two forms of Larsa without losing a life.

Currently, there are no known relaxed condition like that for the True Last Boss achievement of Ver 1.5 Ultra mode.

Recommended playing mode for this achievement
Black Label -> Black Label Xbox360/Black Label Arcade -> SCORE ATTACK/NORMAL PLAY -> 1P SIDE START/2P SIDE START -> God.
