the first boss to kill is the mistress.
you'll have to use the hammer to get rid of the pillars that hold a platform, so she will fall down.
now you can use any weapon, prefer the moonblade for it is quick and kill her.
there is always a second fight in the twilight world that follows, so kill her again.
this time you'll have to hit her tentacles, look for the spot to hit when she rolls them in and hit them with your moonblade keep rolling to be quick.
hit all 5 of them and then aim for the head, watch out for the poison.
when she is dead again, you'll see a cutscene and the doors to venice are open for you.
