this is a bit tricky to get, you'll have to kill everything, do all quests and dig up the harvester in africa.

this is the only weapon that collects extra xp, so use it when you got it.
if you're still not on level 32 before entering the cursed doors, do not enter, go to africa to fight in the arena to fill it until 32.
do not remove the curse of the last doors in the doge's palace or you won't be able to go back, you can only reload a savefile after finishing the game.
