The guild is located in the southwest of the outer city.

Talk to the guildmaster and he'll ask you to meet someone in the catacombs. That person will give you a message to deliver (He tells you you can only reach the area via the catacombs but it's kinda hard to find the right way. Easier way : use the house near the canal exit. Go to the rooftop and use the 2 ladders down).
Give the message and go back to the guild, achievement unlocked !
