There are at least six bones on the last level (The Land of Waldos), so you can finish it off there during your first run through or at the very minimum by replaying it once. You'll want to do this on normal because you'll have the full run of the map. All of these bones are partially obscured but should be fairly easy to find once you know where to look. Just click on them once you see them and they'll get added to your stockpile.

1) On the dragon's back.
2) On the giant's back.
3) Behind a waldo halfway between the dragon and the giant.
4) Directly up from the dragon a screen or two.
5) Directly down from the giant a screen or two.
6) In the upper right corner of the screen.

Hope this helps!

Another one that will more than likely come with time... as you play through you will come across small bones hidden in the map (similar to the one in the achievement icon). Clicking it will allow you to have a hint at where items are.

If you collect 10, the achievement will appear - if you want this quickly, simply find a bone and then keep repeating that level until you get it.
