These are the long snake enemies in the Paris levels. Like the mosquito and sandwich enemies, they show up as yellow dots on the radar. This achievement is kind of a pain because your wingmen will often steal your kill since it's such a big target. A way to ensure you get the kill is to shoot it until its health gets down to about 1/4 and then bomb it.

The kill count is cumulative across games, both co-op and single player.
