If you would like to get this the quick way simply play the begining of chapter one. Soon after you grab some weapons with JB you will encounter three enemies after coming out of the elavator (unmissable)
He will grab the leader from behind and the other two bad guys will surrender and go on their knees simply go up to them and tie them down. Then reload checkpoint and you will start back at the elavator right around the corner from the three enemies.
