This achievement is only do-able when playing with another player.
To aquire this achievement, simply play the game 'till you come upon a false surrender situation. The first time you come across one of these, there will be a little explination about what they are. To make the achievement pop, you and your ally need to press 'A' to initiate the surrender, then both hold 'LT' to set up aim on two different opponents, then count to 3 and both press 'RT' to shoot your targets. If done right, the achievement will unlock. |

Can be a little tricky as the timing needs to be fairly spot on. You will have to do this with a Co op friend as you will never get it with the AI.
Once in Mock Surrender we both Knelt on our knees and fired together one took the left enemy the other took the right enemy. Might take a few times to get it but easy enough |

Did mine using 2 controllers (don't have any friends to play with on this game and did'nt feel like joining a session just for this) on chapter 5, the "A Shattered City'' part. The mock surrender is directly at the beginning of that mission, when you go in the first area with the supply box. I used my main account with a Deagle, to headshot the soldier on the left (Simply because he has a bigger armor) and used the guest's default pistol to kill the other guy.. a controller in each hand.
Left controller: I used my left pinky finger to hold the aim button, left thumb to aim with the stick, and left index to fire.
Right controller: Used the right index finger to hold the aim button, right thumb to aim with the stick, and right pinky to fire.
Just aim the head of the left guy with the Deagle, then use the second player to aim the one on the right (who is moving) and shoot when ready. |

| once you open the door in the zoo with the big panda face you will come across 5 enemies. mock surrender and the person on the right should shoot the red barrel while tyhe person on the left shoots the to guys closest to the civilian. |

| Just DON'T get on your knees me and my bro kept trying and you can't unlock it that way. We just mock surrendered then each got one then we got it. |
