This ones called "Scavenger" and you have to build a gun with 3 homebrew parts, the parts that can be used are the following:

The Rusty Stock
Metal Plate
Soda can silencer or
A Screwdriver

So the combos would be either: Rusty Stock, Metal Plate, and soda can or Rusty Stock, Metal Plate, and Screwdriver

Edit: The Parts are available for purchase in the store already, except the rusty stock which is one of the parts you have to collect during the game, the part is located in Chapter 1, Part 3, its behind a wall, thats by the 2nd big turret you encounter in that chapter.
