Desperate Escape
This DLC episode is more like the original story, than Lost in Nightmares. Specifically, this is almost entirely a combat simulator, with more enemies per area than any one part in the game. The best way to complete this DLC chapter is to play through on Normal (or Veteran if you have some experience) because you will want to know the layout of the level before you try Professional difficulty.

By far the hardest part of this mission is getting to the rooftop, all while being fired upon with rocket turrets, infinitely spawning enemies, and executioners.

The best strategy for this section is sniping all turret enemies, then running to the closest turret, and pick off enemies from afar.
This works a hell of a lot better if you have a co-op partner who you can communicate with. Have one person stand just behind the ladder and knife all enemies that climb up. The other player should work on killing the other turrets, and blowing up rock walls to reveal new paths and ammo.

After a few long spaced checkpoints you will end up on the roof, where you will have to defend your position while the helicopter comes for evac. The timer will count down but will actually end up increasing from some randomly scripted events with the pilot.

The best place to stay for this countdown is in a small corner on the far end, just bellow the helicopter pad. Have the player with the shotgun or SMG cover the path looking away from the pad, while the other stay right behind him watching his back with either a handgun or shotgun.

Finally after a long battle, you will see the chopper show up, a few spoilers will happen, and you will hopefully be 15g richer.
Enjoy!
