Mascots are a special kind of decoration that wanders your arcade instead of being fixed in place. You can unlock mascots two ways:

1) Purchase them (40 MSP) in the Game Room store. These mascots will be available to the gamertag that purchased them and anyone who uses the purchasing console.
2) The first day a game is available, you can get a mascot free by purchasing it. If this offer is currently available, Game Room will notify you when you go to the arcade cabinet. These mascots will only be available to the gamertag that purchased the game.

Once you have a Mascot, you can activate it in the main menu by going to "My Collection" and then selecting "Mascots"
