After you`re done with the church and the basement of the church, you come outside to a small parking lot.

There you got options to light on, these are "wall", "freind" and so. Light down the text "freind" until it blows up, and Barry spawns. Then this achievement should pop-up.

You get to a part of the campaign where there are several torch words for you to reveal. One drops a manuscript page, and one says "friend" which brings your best pal, all done up in Xmas lights. Achievement unlocked :)
