Really this one takes no time at all to get. By the time I finished the game I had over 350 batteries used just look for the Y on the screen when your flashlight is drained and push the button.

Easy one to get. Good Luck

If you're like me you wont get this in your first playthrough because either you dont bother using batteries and just wait for your flashlight to recharge, or dont use batteries often.

Well Instead of waiting for the prompt which tells you to press Y just tap Y repeatedly while you are focusing your flashlight with LT, you dont have to wait for your flashlight energy to be fully depleted. So everytime you grab a battery pack, tap Y until you use up all your batteries

This will come within one playthrough easily and is almost impossible to miss.

You can change your battery by pressing Y.

like everyone has said you'll probably get this in one playthrough but to be safe and get it out of the way in practically any checkpoint you should have at least 10 batteries just drain the light a little pop another battery in and restart the checkpoint once your out this should take you all of 2-3 minutes.

I didn't really use that many batteries on my first playthrough, so I ended up just shining the torch randomly, then replacing the batteries... (on normal playthrough, you can get through most of the game without needing to replace the batteries.)

You'll probably get this naturally if you play through both Normal & Nightmare, but if not, just flick the torch on for a few seconds, then replace the batteries...

Check your progress in the stats...
