I haven't tried everyones trials yet so not sure which one is 'definitely' the easiest.

I found Hakans trials very easy though and this is coming from someone who isn't particularly great at them! I managed to get all 24 of his done within about 30 minutes.

If anyone knows of anyone easier to do it with feel free to share as I guess I can get a few more trials complete! :P
