If you have the Liars and Cheats downloadable content, you will see a total of 14 gang hideouts on your map in free roam. You do not need to complete all 14 of these hideouts to get this achievement. You only need to complete the following 7 hideouts (in one session):
-Pike's Basin
-Twin Rocks
-Fort Mercer
-Tumbleweed
-Gaptooth Breach
-Nosalida
-Tesoro Azul
You will know that you have completed a hideout when a stats screen appears after you've killed all gang members and/or completed all hideout objectives.
Going for this achievement can be a fun way to spend some free roam time with friends in a posse. Doing it in Friendly Free Roam will make it easier, because you won't have to deal with random other players occasionally killing you while you're trying to clear the hideouts. If you're rolling with a posse, it might be handy to start with Gaptooth Breach, as there is a stagecoach next to the final objective there, so you can load everyone into that and carpool to the other hideouts (just be careful going over narrow bridges like Frontera). |

If you would prefer to do the gang hideouts by yourself or just be able to do them without other people killing you, you can play and complete all 7 of the hideouts in a single private game.
Then once you've finished all 7 hideouts switch into a public game, complete a hideout there or just be part of another posse completing it. Once the gang hideout is complete you will get the achievement. |

| I would add that if for any reason you need to take a break, you can enter the outfitters menu and return to free roam when you're ready. I did this several times and wasn't too sure if the achievement would pop but it did. |

I would recommend this order:
Complete Pike's Basin Gang Hideout
Complete Fort Mercer Gang Hideout
Complete Tumbleweed Gang Hideout
Complete Gaptooth Breach Gang Hideout
Complete Tesoro Azul Gang Hideout
Complete Twin Rocks Gang Hideout
Complete Nosalida Gang Hideout
It might not be the most efficient, but by doing it in this order, you will also complete the Lawbringer I challenge, which is unlocked at multiplayer rank 5 (so wait for rank 5). Each rank simply requires a single gang hideout to be completed (in the above order). |

I made the mistake of doing this in a private friendly free roam. We decided to do it again after we had cleared all the hideouts and not received the achievement. When he swapped to a public free roam and cleared the first hideout we got the achievement. So if you make the same mistake of doing it private you don't have to start all over again, finish the private and do one public and it should work, did for me.
The order we did was
Gaptooth breach
Tumbleweed
Fort Mercer
Twin Rocks
Pike's Basin
Tesoro Azul
Nosalida

Ce succès peut être obtenu uniquement en ligne.
Au menu principal, appuyer sur "X" pour aller au menu multijoueur, ensuite choisissez le mode exploration "normal".
Une fois en pleine partie, vous devez vous rendre dans chaque repaire et les nettoyer (tuer touts les ennemis s'y trouvant), pour savoir où ils se trouvent voir l'image ci-contre :
Si vous quitter le jeu sans avoir finit de nettoyer tout les repaires vous devrez recommencer à zéro lors de votre prochaine session multijoueur.
Note : Les repaires de bandits sont aussi indiqués sur la carte qui vous a été offerte avec le jeu (légendés par une croix). |
