| You won't need deadeye to get this achievement, but you will need three buddies that are willing to take some bullets for you. Get three of your buddies with you in free roam and then go to a Free For All match marker. Start up a Free For All Match and make sure buddies join in with you. Right when your match begins you will have a standoff. Just have your friends stand still and let them take your bullets. Once you kill them all you will get your achievement. Now be sure to play nice and return the favor. |

If you aim for the head it shouldn't be too difficult. Typically easier when in a bigger match, get the guy opposite you, roll to avoid being locked on then pick off the other guys.
Much easier if you start off on the end as you can flank to one-side and shoot down the line. Also easier with revolvers rather than semi-auto pistols as they can still spray you to death even if you get nice head-shots on their mates.
It'll take some luck but if you get the head-shots right it shouldn't be too hard. |

Another option just in case you're stuck with two friends. I was in a public game with two of my friends when a fourth player joined. During the standoff my friends did nothing and I shot the random, afterwards I shot my two friends for the achievement.
Note that this takes some luck since a good player will be able to kill either you or one of your friends before he dies himself. |
