First step is to go to the outfitters, choose the "revolver" option under "characters" and choose Pig Josh.
The easiest way I found to do it was as part of a boost - it took, literally, 5 minutes in a private free roam session.
We had 6 or 7 people in the boost, we all outfitted ourselves as Pig Josh and then one of us would throw dynamite into the rest of us - who had grouped ourselves together.
Instant 6 dynamite kills. Once you run out of dynamite, get yourself killed, respawn and throw more dynamite. Achievement will be unlocked in about 3-5 minutes. Rinse and repeat for everyone else.
JUST AN EXTRA NOTE - as Biohazard and Conchie Joe note below - the 25 players have to be human players, not AI controlled players. |

I have to make this guide, since not everybody has a party of 6 or so people and i found it annoying to have only 2 sticks as well as the partner spawning somewhere outside the city.
For those of u, who have only 1 boosting partner: Go to Amardillo and start a Shootout Game (Select Pig Josh as your character first) with the two of u. Behind the chicken-coop there is a weapon chest with dynamite. Everytime u pick it up, u get 5 Sticks of it. Just stay at the chicken-coop and kill off your partner 25 times. Shouldn't take longer than 5-7 minutes for each player. |

| Now you can easily get a group of people together and blow them up with dynamite, but what I found out was that cannon kills count too. I got my achievement with a cannon kill in El Presidio. If you're by yourself then just get on a cannon and hopefully there are some randoms that you can kill that are hanging around outside the base. Obviously you will need to be Pig Josh and the kills won't count on the AI. You can also go for the mounted weapon kills here too. |

What I did was load up free roam, play as Pig Josh, and just run around looking for groups of people (preferably), or single people and keep blowing them up with dynamite.
You only start with 2 sticks, so once I used up my two sticks I would find a lawman, shoot him, and let them kill me to respawn with more dynamite. (Or someone I already killed would then kill me back.)
I don't know if killing NPCs counts towards the 25, I think it does not, but I could be wrong. |

Just some additional info:
You need to unlock the dynamite as a weapon so best to do if you're a low lvl player, is to find a box with dynamite... everytime you get killed, run back to the box, pickup the sticks again and throw 'em to people.
There is this 1 map where you can find 2 or 3 boxes filled with 10 sticks o' dynamite. I don't know the name of the map but it has a train in it... if someone knows the name please feel free to say it! Since the chests are divided onto the map, you also have a pretty big chance to spawn near one of the chests... |
