The easiest way to do this is to get a second person and do it in a private race. To start, the easiest Grand Prix to complete is the Rathskeller Series which uses Rathskeller Fork as its "lobby". This Grand Prix is only composed of 3 races, making it much quicker than the other options. So, if you start in another town or area, choose to 'Skip' till you get to the preferred lobby. Just place first in all three races and the achievement will pop when the "You Win" screen comes up. If you and your partner also go without shooting, you'll also get the [Peacewalker] achievement.
