can be completed after saving at end credits by getting to level 5

to go from level 4 on medic to level 5 takes 700k cp for Lightning, Hope or Vanille

Killing Neochu first time in C'ieth stone 55 will yield this

explains how to defeat at low level and shows locations

Good way to get 6.5k cp (13k cp with growth egg) in 30 to 50 secs
