This achievement comes with the "San Van Party Pack" and is not very hard to do. The video below shows how to kill it, but yo do not have to kill it to get this achievement.

However, to kill it, you have to do a Nose Manual -> Revert ->Manual. Just do a Nose manual by pushing the RS slightly up, then move your LS left and right while also holding it down to do a revert and then do a manual and you should kill it.
