I had a lot of problem doing the 720 and the 3500 tricks... luckily I found a very easy spot to do both. At the starting marker, just go straight, gain some speed with a pump and do an invert, pump again (don't jump) and do the 720... after the 720 you should have a 3x, just go off the ramp do some trick (i usually go for some one-foot grab with a 360 or 540 spin) and that should do it.
